Dr. Low Dog- “Life is Your Best Medicine”- It is said that when we are born, we are set upon our medicine road. And that everything we do in our lives, from the food that we eat, to the way we move in the world, to the way we treat a stranger- affects us. Dr. Low Dog will weave science and wisdom into a message of hope and transformation.
“Emotional Well Being”- There is no question we are living in stressful times. The incidence of stress-related conditions such as depression, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, and insomnia are on the rise. In this inspirational and informative presentation we will identify key stressors, explore the body’s physiological response to stress, and learn mind-body strategies and nutritional/supplement intervention that can help one thrive.
Ryan Leier- One Yoga- “Mind Medicine”- “He who loves practice without theory is like the sailor who boards ship without a rudder and compass, and never knows where he may cast.” (Leonardo da Vinci) Connect to yoga through a combined lecture and Asana practice which focuses on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Ryan will share how he has experienced Patanjali’s teachings in his own practice, making them accessible and relevant.
One Yoga Asana Practice- “Practice courage. Grow roots. Get high. Truth is. We are One.” This is what Oneness is all about! Connect to your mind, body, the earth, and to each other with this powerful Vinyasa class that is accessible to all levels. Expect to go deep into your practice, be inspired to move beyond your self-defeating, self-limiting tendencies, and break through in your body and mind. Have lots of fun while doing it!

Jana Danielson-Lead- “Love the Life you Lead”- Have you ever heard the saying, “how can you possibly take care of others if you do not take care of yourself first.” Health and wellness are not a given, these concepts must be worked on everyday, but they are so much more than checking a box when you have gone for a walk or finished a fitness class. This interactive workshop, lead by Jana Danielson Founder and CEO of Lead, will feature pragmatic strategies to making improvements to your health and wellness and we will also look at some roadblocks as well. We will touch on nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement and how all of this plays into the mental, physical, and emotional wellness that is necessary to keep us going as moms, dads, daughters, sons, entrepreneurs, partners each and everyday.
Jana Danielson, Dr. Rikki MacKenzie & Amanda Hudye-“Unlocking the Key to a Healthy Night Sleep”- Are you sleeping well? Hear from the team at Lead to get you in a much better place with sleep.
Caitlin Iles-Nourished by Caitlin –“Overcoming Resistance to Healthy Eating”- Let’s look at some of the most common issues surrounding our tendencies to self-sabotage our healthy eating plans. We will look at what they are, and how we can overcome them using mindfulness and gentleness. We will also talk about the best foods for healing our bodies and which foods should be avoided in order to achieve and maintain vibrant health.
Taunya Woods Richardson –THE MONEY MATRIX: Transform your financial reality.- Here’s a simple truth… Mastering your money takes more than simply crushing your financial management skills. It’s a strong start, but it won’t get you to the finish line. She supports individuals and groups with enhancing cognitive and emotional functioning to increase their confidence in handling day-to-day life as well as complex and emotional situations. Crystal will speak about improving brain functioning by managing your thoughts and emotions and facilitate Brain Gym activities that will prepare you for learning during the Wellness Experience.
Dr. Joseph Schnurr- “Simple Strategies to Reduce our Risk of Environmental Toxin-Induced Illnesses”- Dr. Dick Irwin, a Toxicologist at Texas A&M University recently stated: “Chemicals have replaced bacteria and viruses as the main threat to health. The diseases we are beginning to see as the major causes of death in the latter part of the 1900’s and into the 21st century are diseases of chemical origin.” This presentation will explore the connection between many common illness such as cancer, dementia, endocrine disorders and obesity and environmental toxins. It will also address our increasing exposure to toxins and their affect on our health, and strategies to minimize exposure and help rid them from our body.
Carla-Sofia-“Organizing Your Life With Intention is the Difference Between Getting There or Staying Stuck”. Come join us to discover what you want, why you want it, and more importantly how to get it. Out of chaos and necessity came an opportunity for me to take back control. Join us in finding inspiration.
Workplace Wellness Panel– Hear from local businesses to learn about how to consider and nurture employee wellness in the workplace.
Bridges Health- “Taking Care of You-The Importance of Managing Mindfulness, Self-Care and Boundaries” This presentation discusses the history and symptoms of stress, anxiety, and burnout; and offers practical and individualized practices of how to better manage stress and prioritize self-care.
