We are thrilled to host another weekend for women. This is for YOU, and you won’t regret proactively taking care of your mind, body, and soul like this. We are returning to the “Quest”, a retreat center in Christopher Lake, SK. We will cater to your body, mind, soul, and spirit during this wellness retreat for women!

Registration is $485 (e-transfer to email@example.com) OR $505 if by Paypal (under payments on my main page here) or credit card (over phone) +GST. (totals- $509.25 or $530.25) If you have already joined us, ask about our special ‘alumni’ rate!
*cancellation policy: full refund 30 days or more prior to event. 10-29 days prior- refund minus a $100 non-refundable deposit. Less than 10 days prior- no refund granted. **we may be able to transfer some or all of your retreat registration to a future retreat- if more than 10 days notice- feel free to ask about this option.

Schedule: (*please note small changes may be made in the schedule)
5-6pm- check in, tour, relaxation/social time
8:00-9:00- Introductory welcome circle
9:30-10:00- Yoga (NO experience necessary- so relaxing!)
7:30-8:30am- gentle beginner yoga
8:45- 9:30- breakfast
10:00- 12:00- Group coaching (awareness, reflection, renewal)
12:00-12:30- get outside! (walking meditation optional)
1:30-3:30- Group coaching (acceptance, the power of intention, change & resiliency)
3:30-5:00- free time (visit? sit by the fire with wine? walk? read? nap?)
5:00-5:45- M.E.L.T treatment demo (OR FREE TIME)
7:00 on- dessert, wine, vision boards OR get-to-know game, and social!
7:30-8:30am- gentle beginner yoga (let’s start this day out right!)
10:00-11:30- Group coaching (readiness for change & personalized wellness plan)
11:30-12:30- Closing ceremony
12:30-1:30- lunch, checkout, walk, last visits…(between 1-2pm)
*please note, the schedule may shift, however the above outline gives you a good example of what you can expect. We have lots of fun planned for you, and we will worry about where to be..YOU just get to go with the flow and enjoy a weekend all about YOU!
*please be available from Friday (5-6pm) through Sunday at 1:30pm, so as to experience the full retreat.
