“Thank you for a wonderful experience! I enjoyed the yoga, fabulous food, group discussions with the other lovely women, and the time and space to breathe! This environment made it possible for me to come to an understanding of some past actions, and inactions, that will impact my life moving forward. In gratitude…”

“I posted the other day about how amazing this last weekend was, but it’s tough to put into words the way that something like this can make you feel. If and when the next retreat happens, I absolutely recommend you go! (As I’m fairly certain I will be there!) I am forever grateful for the experience!” Mandy M
“When I go to these retreats I get a welcoming, open, and encouraging space to figure out my own stuff. Simple yet Powerful.” (JD)
“A huge combination of positive changes have taken place in me since the retreat and the biggest one was initiated by you when you mentioned giving myself permission. That changed my outlook on EVERYTHING! Thank you Jenn!” (Chris W)
“It was a beautiful group of women embracing wellness together. I absolutely loved it. I didn’t have any specific expectations. This was my first wellness retreat of any kind. And I plan to attend another one.”
“More than I had expected, and I came home with my eyes open.”
“The retreat was amazing! The sessions were informative, emotional, engaging, thought provoking, and created an internal flame to carry on with! The yoga was so relaxing and good for the soul.”
