On a quest to present mindfulness & meditation in a way that is it attractive to other A-Type/Director/ENFP/Executive humans! Why you ask? Challenge addict maybe? The truth is, because I really KNOW it is a game-changer, and I BELIEVE with all that I am that it makes all things richer…I shall continue.
