Posted on October 13, 2014

I am very excited to announce 3 new programs designed specifically for…our children! With sessions for ages 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12, we will explore all those life-things that kids are exposed to; providing them with ‘tools’ to be happy & strong!Parents, are your children experiencing: – Anxious mornings? – Breakdowns over seemingly small things? – Difficulty managing change? – Emotional exhaustion?Many/most of us can say “yes” to at least one of these questions! I welcome your child to join us as we acknowledge their positive attributes, learn about our emotions and develop age-appropriate social skills in a fun, loving, safe environment. If you are interested in receiving a 1-page brochure with more information, feel free to email or message me in the contact me section. Your Real Truths

Posted on October 5, 2014

One of the (many) wonderful things about coaching, is learning what the real truths are. The real truths that belong to you. Not the things we tell ourselves (thinking), nor the things we tell others (optics)…but our real truth. Sometimes it’s hard, and at times it is overwhelming, but it is ever so worth it. You deserve to...

Intention Momentum

Posted on July 20, 2014

I took this photo in San Francisco, in July 2014. It made me think of the (sometimes) difficult ambitions we hold; and the uncertainty of success that may come with that. Some will call it ‘good intentions’…that do not come to fruitio…n. What if, it wasn’t uphill, but instead was just up there? Perhaps all that is needed is some support. We have the support, so lets use it! I like to call it “Intention Momentum”. What do you think?...

Shifts in Thinking

Posted on July 15, 2014

It can be very difficult to change your mind.  It can be an uncomfortable feeling to ponder a new perspective.  There is, however, great things that can come from welcoming these shifts in your thinking. Is it possible that this is because we don’t want to be wrong?  Wrong from an optics perspective, or wrong in our own minds.  I challenge this thinking, as it is not about being wrong, rather it is about growing and learning.  We ride the waves, we turn the corners, we hold on tight, we have difficult days and those that flow with ease.  A shift in thinking often comes about in a coaching session, and after those moments of discomfort,  a great deal of inspiration and understanding of oneself is unpackaged.  This can be a very rich experience, introducing to you a whole new way of thinking, feeling, and being. If you can deliberately listen for and embrace the shifts in thinking, you will be rewarded with much insight....

Posted on May 26, 2014

With much on the go, we can find ourselves starting things that are important to us…however get lost inside of all that we take on.  Coaching can renew that commitment with clarity, enhanced momentum, and an energy that is sure to result in traction towards those things most important to you....

Enable the Possibilities

Posted on May 24, 2014

This photo was taken by my father when in Hawaii, and is one of my all-time favorites.   A number of years ago, when in Canmore,  Alberta, I had the incredible experience of finding clarity…much clarity.  Part of this experience involved the vision of a helicopter; an analogy really.  The helicopter represented MY coach and mentor (you know who you are AG!), literally lifting me above the clouds, enabling me to see and understand where I was.  At the time I knew I was getting a ‘nudge’ from the universe that I was ready for a significant shift, although I could not find it in myself to understand this nudge.  Being coached was exactly what I needed to rise above the clouds of confusion and find clarity.  Incredible really; being coached.      ...
