3 days: Tuesday July 5- Thursday July 7, 2016 10am- 4pm Boys & Girls ages 6-12 Spend three days with us for a healthy dose of confidence, peace, connection and FUN! We will have days right full of: -group coaching fun; exploring emotions, accepting self, supporting each other. Using games, role playing, peer support and conversation we will discuss various life themes. -yoga fun; age appropriate, no experience necessary -arts, crafts and music with a meaningful purpose -meditation and mindfulness discussions -healthy eats (snacks and lunch) -storytelling & real-life application -nature walk & play This is going to be so incredible! Introducing the Women’s Wellness Tribe; coming together to inspire momentum on things that matter. Ok ladies, time for us to find some serious momentum with our emotional and social wellness goals! Ask me when the next group is starting up, we always have space for a few more amazing women! New Year’s resolutions can be overwhelming, and even disappointing, but they don’t have to be. Proactive wellness informati…on coupled with the support of your ‘tribe’, will allow for motivation and inspiration. At Peace With Patience

Patience is something that most (all?!) of us could agree is a virtue hard to come by at times.  We are not always able to stop, drop and meditate every time we feel frustrated or mentally taxed.  Having said that, the practice of meditation does in fact equip us with the ability to find patience sooner (when needed), and anywhere (on demand).  This is why meditation and mindfulness are called “practices”;  they take time to become a part of how we live.  Be patient with yourself, and know that you can find peace simply by knowing you are trying. ...
