At Peace With Patience
Patience is something that most (all?!) of us could agree is a virtue hard to come by at times. We are not always able to stop, drop and meditate every time we feel frustrated or mentally taxed. Having said that, the practice of meditation does in fact equip us with the ability to find patience sooner (when needed), and anywhere (on demand). This is why meditation and mindfulness are called “practices”; they take time to become a part of how we live. Be patient with yourself, and know that you can find peace simply by knowing you are trying.
