My Journey
What has led me here is unique……although we all have an interesting journey don’t we? I often reflect that my journey has come full circle. The late 80’s found me accepted into the Child and Youth Care Counselling program in southern Alberta. Upon graduation I moved to Saskatchewan, and have called it home ever since. After a couple of years working with troubled youth, I entered into the business world of Human Resources, senior management, and as I like to call it…the “Boardroom”.
Fast forward to around 2009, when I embarked more formally on my desire to Coach. I had been, informally, coaching Executives for a number of years- either as a colleage or a consultant, and I was certain this was what I was meant to do. I then completed the Destination Coach and Destination Coach Sequal programs, confirming my appetite and draw to Coaching. I became a member of the IAC (International Association of Coaching), and participated in teleclasses training to enhance my skills of coaching ‘virtually’. During this time I also challenged the University of Saskatchewan’s Coaching certificate, and proudly received said certificate.
More recently, since 2011, I have started my private Coaching practice…and the rest is history! My passion for Coaching reaches into such disciplines as: Executive Coaching, Life or Relationship Coaching, Wellness and Lifestyle, Child and Youth Care Counselling or Coaching, and Parenting support. In 2014 I received my certificate in Vinyasa Yoga for Youth Teacher Training, and in 2014/2015 I studied meditation for children and youth through a program called Connected Kids. In 2016 I received my certificate from Mindful Schools (Oakland) in both Mindful Educator Essentials and Mindfulness Fundamentals. In 2018 I also completed the Suicide Alertness safeTALK training.
I have been speaking for several years now, from workshops to conference keynote engagements. See my page related to training and speaking to learn more!
Now more importantly….I am a Mom, a professional, a lover of yoga and meditation, a writer, and a reader of….well a LOT! I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and am rather addicted to travel.
I look forward to meeting you, and would be happy to outline my service offerings, as well as discuss the methodologies I have adopted over the years.

Thank you….I hope you enjoy the clarity that coaching can bring.
